  • Every project has its own particular requirements and we have heating, cooling, ventilation and electrical experts who can plan works around regulatory requirements, building legacy issues, managed-site requirements, environmental objectives and budgets.
  • Our project directors oversee delivery of interlocking components, coordinating engineers and suppliers and liaising with our customers’ building contractors.
  • Engineers are allocated in advance of projects taking place but we have the ability to scale up or scale down our resources as the project progresses, always focused on meeting the agreed project deadline.
  • We have a well-practised closure team, effective at making a site fit for purpose when a tenant moves out or a new brand has to come in.
